First, we identify the
employment need by carefully listening and asking important questions ourselves to
determine the specific needs of a search. Next, we contact as many possible leads
(sometimes as many as 200) in order to successfully identify the three closest matches
possible. Then we function as a liaison providing all necessary information
during the qualifying and interviewing stages of the search. Finally, we assist
in salary negotiations, relocation concerns, spousal employment, counter-offer
implications, and the most crucial part, the offer and acceptance stage.

Yes, our account executives are
significantly more productive because we network only with industry specialists. By only
working in this area, we get to know the people that make the industry grow. We never
believed a "generalist" could really do an adequate job for you.

Most internet listing services charge
facilities, contract companies, and recruiters a fee to obtain access to candidates who
provide information to that service. Confidentiality can be compromised and candidates may
receive as many as 20 or more calls from various subscribers trying to "sell"
their opportunity to them. Most placement agencies charge a fee to the candidate
to help them find a job (under certain circumstances we can structure a
search from the candidate side). They usually work in a geographic area and do not typically
specialize. A search firm charges a fee to client companies who have included
recruiting fees into their budget. They believe in the importance of getting quality
professionals to work for them. Some specialize and some are generalists. Most search
firms are very confidential with regards to information.

A normal time span - from the moment we
are aware of your requirements until a start date has been established - is 21 days.
This can be greatly reduced by your ability to meet and make decisions during this
process. We have been able to set up a telephone interview within three (3) days: and on
occasion sooner.

If you are happy with the results you
have received so far, than by all means continue to work with them. It is better
to work with one individual who you trust as your point of contact than to work
with multiple recruiters who may duplicate efforts and create redundancy. However, if 30
days have past and you still have not seen results, we would suggest trying another firm.

Unlike most other search firms, we do
not go the resume' route (in some cases we do need to in today's
market more and more companies are asking for them). In the case of
international searches resumes' or cv's are always required. We know that the best people are the ones who are presently
employed and too busy to spend their time and efforts constructing and sending resumes' to
every company they can. These individuals are smart enough to recognize an outstanding
opportunity when it becomes available.
