MANUFACTURING MANAGER-NEBRASKA
A rapidly growing manufacturer of 10-12 millimeter laminated film
products with adhesive backing, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for
their south central Nebraska facility. The selected candidate should
possess 5+ years of strong manufacturing experience utilizing
laminators, slitters, sheeters and embossing machines as well as 5 +
years of solid management skills. Must be a hands-on manufacturing
manager with a proven track record in process improvement. Degree
preferred but not required. Salary $65-85,000 plus bonus potential,
401k, benefits and relocation assistance.
VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING-UPPER
MIDWEST
Very rapidly growing Graphic Arts Equipment manufacturer is seeking an
experienced engineering manager to manage an engineering group of 25-30
engineers as well as customer service. Company designs and manufactures
a wide range of equipment for the Paper, Converting, Packaging, and
Printing industries. Responsible for driving innovation and continuous
process improvement and for providing technical leadership for the
Company to include technical support for sales, customer service, and
operations. Must be a "hands on" out on the floor type of manager-not a
paper pusher. Participates in overall company planning and direction.
Responsible for development and implementation of strategic plans within
Engineering. Should be comfortable using a 3d
CAD system from a management perspective.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred and
ten or more years of increasingly responsible experience in designing
highly automated industrial equipment, including a minimum of five years
of experience in a technical leadership role, and a minimum of five
years of experience in a /management role, as well as in-field start-up
experience. Web handling experience (unwind, rewind, tension control)
desired, along with servo experience (cams, profiling, register
control). Demonstrated experience handling numerous projects at
once in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a "hands on"
leader not merely a delegator. Salary $120-160,000 plus bonus.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE- U.S
subsidiary of a major European manufacturer of auxiliary systems for the
Printing and Packaging industries seeks an experienced Graphic Arts
equipment sales rep with a background in the sale of presses, bindery
equipment, packaging machinery, or auxiliary equipment into the Folding
Carton, Corrugated, or Packaging industry segments as well as Commercial
Printing. Must have a minimum of 10 years successful sales track record
and excellent technical knowledge. Looking for an aggressive, energetic
type who loves travel and calling on new accounts. $65,000 Salary plus
negotiable draw, and commission. Paid benefits, and car allowance plus
mileage. 1st year comp should be $90,000 plus. Territory is all
the Western States including CO,
AZ, NM, NV,

PLANT MANAGER-NY/NJ Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to
take over all manufacturing responsibilities for a rapidly growing
commercial satellite printing facility. This is a VERY short run, high
quality facility with new "fast makeready" 40" and 26" sheetfed
presses, and full bindery. All jobs are received from the parent
facility via the Internet, so there are no Customer Service, PrePress,
Sales or Estimating departments. A minimum of 10 years experience
managing commercial printing operations and an in-depth knowledge of
both Press and Bindery depts. is required. Degree not required but
strongly preferred. Salary-$90-105,000 plus bonus and excellent
benefits. Full relocation provided.
VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING-UPPER
MIDWEST Very rapidly growing OEM manufacturer needs
an experienced Vice President to direct all aspects of a 50,000 sf 100
person manufacturing group comprised of CNC machining, Wiring Shop,
Sheet Metal, and Final Assembly. Will be responsible for development and
implementation of all strategic plans within Operations. Will review
and approve adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, spending
to budget, labor efficiency, material efficiency and human resource
utilizations. Reviews and approves cost estimates, and staffing and
facilities requirements forecasts and adjustments. Develops plans for
new areas of technology and for programs of continuous improvement in
the manufacturing function, such as Lean, Six Sigma, QRM along with
sufficient planning for areas that support the mission within
Operations. Degree required, along with 15 or more years of increasingly
responsible experience in manufacturing of capital equipment including
experience in supervision, production control and manufacturing
engineering with demonstrated success in a fast-paced, “job shop”
environment. Must be a "hands on" who likes to get out on the floor and
be an agent for change and able to keep pace with rapid sales increases,
and Engineering developments. Equipment ranges from $500-$700,000 per
machine. Salary from $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus, Excellent relo

SENIOR ELECTRICAL/CONTROLS ENGINEER-Wisconsin
A leading manufacturer of Web Tensioning and Handling equipment is
seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in
web coating and converting controls. Must have a BS degree in a related
discipline and 8-10 years experience with integration and controls
architecture of printing; coating; or converting lines. Position
requires a strong background in the use and programming of PLCs and
Supervisory Control Systems, as well as experience in the successful
start-up of printing or coating lines. Salary to $80,000 plus, with full
benefits and

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING-WESTERN
U.S.
Will be responsible for all Engineering functions to
include: R&D, Applications Engineering, Customer Support, Product
Improvements, Controls, and Software, etc. Must be a "hands on" type,
with strong management skills and experience to include Project
Management, Employee Motivation and Development as well as excellent
budgetary and planning skills. Advanced knowledge of machine design,
machine controls and automation applications, software development, and
manufacturing engineering principles required. will report to the CEO
and be a key member of the Executive Staff. A degree in any Engineering
Discipline is required. $120k base plus
bonus.
Principal Financial Analyst Charlotte, NC
This person will be an individual contributor who will have to
develop solid relationships within a matrix financial organization.
In addition, to be successful this person needs to demonstrate the
ability to understand the business and what influences the
forecasting process (which we do weekly). We lean heavily on doing
weekly forecasts against our budget and this position needs to
demonstrate a command level knowledge of our financial status and be
able to discuss and explain variances. This will require that the
person establish strong relationships throughout the organization.
This is a visible position with good career potential for a mobile
person.
Ideally we would want a person who cut their teeth in general
accounting functions and has supervised others. BUT, the person has
to have a demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting
and budgeting. Print or packaging experience is a huge plus.

equipment. Position could be on 2nd and/or 3rd shift. Bi-lingual a plus.

Well established financial and commercial printer located in Northern
New Jersey needs an experienced press operator to set up and run their
Goss V-30 Coldset Web Press. Individual must possess good communication
skills and be knowledgeable in day to day maintenance of the equipment.
Position could be on 2nd and/or 3rd shift. Position could be part time
if individual is so inclined. Wage range: $30-$40/HR.

experience Bobst Die Cutters to work either day or second shifts. Must
have previous Bobst experience and ability to set up, run and
troubleshoot the equipment. Wage range: $16-20/HR plus benefits, 401k.
