Search guarantees more qualified individuals are reached. Through our constantly updated database and vast network of contacts, we maintain communication with printing professionals at all levels on a regular basis.

Professional Fee Options:

We are dedicated to providing the best recruiting services in the printing industry. We combine the commitment and professionalism of a retainer firm and the cost effectiveness of a contingency search firm.

We also understand the importance of insuring the most cost-efficient and productive use of your time, that is why we have established three different service fee options. You can decide which one better fits your needs, based on the urgency of your search and your financial parameters.

Contingency

This is the standard contingency fee. No fee is paid to John Shull Company unless a candidate that we refer to you commences employment. The total negotiated fee is due ten (10) days from start date. The amount of the fee is 30% of the individuals first year salary.

Exclusive Search Assignment

The same as Contingency search with the added commitment on both parties given by the establishment of an exclusive agreement (exclusive only of other recruiting firms) for a 30 day period. In turn our firm commits extra resources, staff and efforts to finding qualified, deliverable candidates. The fee may be slightly lower due to this added level of trust given by the client.

Modified Retainer Priority Search Assignment

Created originally for our existing company base, but now offered to new clients on a limited basis, this option increases the level of trust and commitment on both our firm and the hiring authority. This search assignment takes precedence over all other searches. The negotiated fee is lower, exclusivity in the search is included, and an engagement fee is required. This fee covers basic administration cost for extra time, resources and research , and is deductible from the total fee due upon start. This heightened level of commitment insures success in the searches that we accept.
